Virtually everyone is part of a family of one sort or another. And every family has a story.
Jesus’s parable of the Prodigal Son, retold by the Hull based Christian performing arts group Credo, explores the themes of family, relationships, jealousy, judgement and redemption which surface in every family to a greater or lesser extent.

Sunday 22nd April 2012 - PRODIGALS
  • Private booking - to be confirmed

As many of you know, Credo has spent (some!) of the past three years touring our production of "Prodigals" to churches, village halls and community centres across our region.
We have been thrilled by the responses we have had - it is a story and which which has touched people deeply and resonated with them it seems, whether they have known the story before or not.

It will soon be time for Credo to move on to a new production, but we are taking one more lot of bookings for the months ahead (up to the summer of 2012).
If you have not already booked "Prodigals" for your church and/or community, please don't miss out.

Do get in touch if you have any further questions or requests about this production or our work in general.

Cathy Westby, Director
The play is one act and 75 minutes in length. It has been designed to be toured and performed in a variety of venues. It can stand alone, or we can provide follow up discussion around the central challenges within the play - justice and grace, and our attitudes towards the "prodigals".
(This production is aimed at adults and recommended for 13 years upwards)

PREMIERE PERFORMANCE

PRODIGALS premiered on Sunday 31 August 2008 at St Columba Church, Hull and has played to audiences in church, village halls and schools since.
